St. George Candle Co. takes pride in providing candles that are environmentally kind without sacrificing beauty or quality. All of our candles are made of a natural blend of coconut wax and beeswax, with cotton and paper wicks.

Years of experimentation have shown us that coconut wax makes a superior candle, both in appearance and fragrance; while being far more eco-conscious. Unlike the processing of soy wax, coconut wax production does not involve hexane rinses, GMO seeds, or deforestation.

Life is challenging; daily self care should not be!

Because it had to be. Our candles are crafted in Maine, after all; and what would Maine be without a lobster boil? Or a lobster festival, or a lobster roll, or lobster stew, or lobster mac ‘n’ cheese, or lobster crackers, or lobster ice cream, or maybe all of the above! We wait a long time each year for summer to return; and when it arrives, we CELEBRATE.

Cooking lobsters and feasting with friends is the height of summer luxury in our part of the world. The smell, however, can linger a long time after friends and family have departed. Our Lobster Be Gone candles and home spray will refresh your kitchen, with a bright mixture of citrus, eucalyptus, and mint essential oils. They smell FABULOUS, and the packaging is charmingly, quintessentially Maine.

Candle burn times are as follows:
6 ounce tin: 20 hours
8 ounce jar: 40 hours

  • We love to cook, but we still want our kitchens to smell fresh!
  • With an all natural blend of citrus essential oils, coconut wax, and beeswax, our Lobster Be Gone candle will clear the air of cooking smells.
  • Comes in a 6 oz. tin that's easy to keep in a kitchen drawer.
